Eligibility for Returns

1. Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any products that have been customized (e.g., custom NFC cards) are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital profiles and linked services, refunds are not available for digital-only items once they have been activated.

Initiating a Return

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
