3. Add Team Members
Team members can be added in two ways:
3.1 Add a New User (Using a Card Device ID)
This option is for adding someone who is not yet registered on TapiLink.
- Each TapiLink card or QR code is tied to a unique Device ID.
- When the recipient taps the card or scans the QR code, they will be directed to a Registration Page.
- On this page, the Device ID is automatically detected.
- The new user fills in their profile information.
- Once submitted, an email is sent to the team member to set their password.
- After setting the password, their profile becomes active and ready to use.
- No further setup is required from the team member, but they can update their profile at any time.
